Annual AICC
AICC 2008 Student Design Competition Winners The AICC Student Corrugated Packaging Design Competition was developed in the early 90's to provide packaging students with the opportunity to have their corrugated packaging design work reviewed and admired by leaders in the independent sector of the corrugated packaging industry. Since its inception the competition has evolved with the changes that have occurred in the corrugated industry. Yet the goal to provide students with the opportunities to meet and network with the members of our industry as well as have their corrugated packaging designs seen remains strong. In 2000, the Student Corrugated Packaging Design Competition was modified from a biennial event to an annual event with new and restructured competition categories. The three categories were designed to allow all packaging school students of all class years the opportunity to participate equally based upon their own available resources. The International Corrugated Packaging Foundation (ICPF) also offers assistance to all student team participants in acquiring local paid summer internships in the corrugated packaging and display industry. Students should e-mail info@icpfbox.org to indicate their interest in corrugated internships.
If you are a student or professor who would like to receive more information about the annual competition please contact Cindy Guarino at 1-877-836-AICC (2422) or by email at cguarino@aiccbox.org. |
